EUDR Compliance Statement

Regulation (EU) 2023/1115 on deforestation-free products

Atlanta is preparing its operations for full compliance with the EU Deforestation Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2023/1115), which applies from 30 December 2025 for large operators. We are establishing geolocation records of our timber's forest of origin and due diligence processes aligned with the EU Information System (TRACES NT).

Our FSC® Chain of Custody certification provides the foundation for EUDR due diligence, which additionally requires per-plot geolocation data and per-consignment Due Diligence Statements — both of which will be part of our standard order documentation by the enforcement date.

DDS reference numbers and geolocation data will be available to buyers on request for their own supply-chain due diligence files.
