Jeppe, raised to bar height. The wide curved back rises on slim uprights above a wooden seat, and four slightly splayed legs meet a footrest rail near the floor, on a solid beech or oak frame. At a ramen bar where diners eat shoulder to shoulder facing the kitchen, those slim uprights keep a long row looking light.
